You Will Need
- Canvas. I have used an 18″ x 14″ (45cm x 36cm)
- I have used acrylic paint for the background, but you can use oil if you prefer. The colours are : Titanium White, Paynes Grey, Raw Umber, Sap Green & Cerulean Blue)
- For the rooster I used these oil paints: Titanium White, Paynes Grey, Raw Umber, Burnt Sienna, Crimson, Cadmium Red, Cadmium Orange, Yellow Ochre, Lemon Yellow, Viridian Green & Phthalo Blue
- Brushes : 1.5″ (38cm) Hardware brush, 1″ (2.5cm) Pastry brush, 3/4″ (1.5cm) Soft flat and a 1/4″ (0.5 cm) soft filbert
- Painting Knives : various sizes
