Class Description
We continue our journey into acrylics with an easy, yet inviting painting of a cup of Espresso.
This is a lovely painting to hang in the kitchen or to sell to the coffee shops. This could be the start of a lucrative series which you can sell for a healthy profit.
During the class you will learn:
1) How to paint an unexpected, arty background
2) How to paint the cup so it looks smooth and shiny
3) How to paint the espresso in the cup so it look realistic and frothy
4) How to paint a silver spoon / metallic effect
You Will Need
- 16″x20″ (500mm x400mm) Canvas or similar
- These paints: Titanium White, Crimson, Cadmium Yellow, French Ultramarine, Cerulean Blue, Burnt Sienna, Paynes Grey
- Set of bristle brushes
- 2″ (5cm) Pastry / Hardware brush
- 1/4″ (1cm) Soft filbert brush
- Painting medium
- Rigger brush
