In this lesson we will expand on our shading knowledge by adding more textures to our shading work.

For the class we will draw a still life containing onions and garlic.

During the class you will learn:

1. How to draw an onion skin texture
2. how to show the skin is peeling away from the onion
3. how to draw garlic cloves and the paper thin skin coating them
4. how to draw realistic cast shadows
5. how to shade a very dark background
