Class Description
If you want to improve your quality as an artist then the constant use of a sketch book is almost a must. It has the ability to improve your work in a variety of ways. Some of which are: eye and hand co-ordination, observational powers, understanding perspective, filling your memory banks (subconscious mind) with useful information for later use, etc. Also, don't forget that it improves your drawing skills. Use it often outdoors as well!

Thank you Dennis. I really enjoyed this class. It has helped me understand the difference between a drawing and a sketch. I now see the value of developing a consistent and ongoing sketch / drawing practice. I look forward to developing the eye and skill for perspective, tonal ranges in shading, shapes, detail, and more.
